The park is open from the middle of March to early November. Although the rides aren’t open many of its hotels and amenities are open year-round. Unfortunately, the theme park is also occasionally closed midweek during the season during the quieter months. The theme park also hosts special events throughout the year. Including Alton Towers Scarefest (the park’s Halloween event), and a season-ending fireworks display held on the last two days of the season.
